Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

That's a great question! Due to orders being made by your request, we do not accept returns and/or exchanges... unless something doesn't match your order request :)
Lots of time, energy and love goes into putting together every single order that goes out. 
We're a family of full time pioneers who have taken the time to make sure all the information that's needed to describe all the details of each item is listed for every item. If there's any information you'd like to know that's not listed PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE feel free to contact me with any questions and/or concerns you may have!

All of our items have the ITEM DIMENSIONS under the details for each listing... so please be sure to carefully go over your order and item descriptions before you place your order.

Items damaged in transit

We understand some of our items are fragile and must be handled with care when shipped. However, we cannot control the way the parcel is being handled once it leaves our shop :)
We love every item that's sent out, and we do everything possible for the item to arrive to you in a perfect condition.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any damaged and/or broken items due to shipping carriers :)  We suggest you contact your local post office, or Postal Services at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to file a claim for your damage parcel. Please fave your information, as well as tracking# when contacting them :)

Items not received

We make sure all of our items make it to the Post Office, since we deliver them there ourselves :)
We understand some parcel may be interrupted due to postal service delays. If your package/order/item hasn't arrived, and the tracking information shows DELIVERED or IN TRANSIT, we suggest you contact your local post office, or Postal Services at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777)
We are not responsible for any lost parcel once it leaves our shop, for we make sure any and all items are properly delivered to the Post Office, and we're not responsible for any mishandling on their end :)
